My labels are high gloss stickers which are wrapped around the foil. They are not paper stuck down with a blob of glue. Using stickers ensures they are secure, will not come off as easy, keep the chocolate fresh, won't peel in the corners or slip off. If you think you may struggle to open them, please keep this in mind before ordering.

Chocolates should be stored in a cool dry place like a cupboard out of direct sunlight.

Once you have received the chocolates, the responsibility then lies with you on how you store them, I will not be held accountable should you not store the chocolate correctly i.e. melts, turns white

I do not send previews of the chocolate as standard, if you would like to see a photo before it goes to print, please let me know at the time of ordering as once they are dispatched I will be unable to send one. Requesting a proof will delay your order being processed.

I am unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Our chocolates will have a 12-18 month shelf life and will remain in complete freshness if stored at room temperature.
